YOGA WITH ELLEN
We are so pleased to have accomplished instructor Ellen Berry facilitating her gentle Yoga here at Haven! Movement and flexibility are basic body needs to live fully, and Ellen's gentle, energizing classes embrace functional fitness, combining stretching and Qi Gong with Yoga to improve balance, coordination, muscle strength, and the mind/body connection. New to yoga? This is for you. Love yoga? This is for you, too!
